On January 28, 2025, at the prestigious CIAL Convention Centre, I was deeply honoured to receive the Powerful Eagle Award from the Eagle Business Community, founded and led by the renowned business coach Mr. Shamim Rafeek, during Eagle Bizcon 2025.
My journey began as a graphic designer, where I had the privilege of working independently and contributing meaningfully in every role I held. These experiences gave me valuable insights into how businesses function. But as I transitioned into entrepreneurship, I realized that professional experience alone was not enough. Building and sustaining a business demanded a different set of skills, strategies, and mindset.
It was my mentors who guided me towards Mr. Shamim Rafeek and the Eagle Entrepreneur Coaching Program. Joining Eagle was a turning point. Today, I am proud to be a part of this vibrant community of over 1,500 entrepreneurs across 15+ countries, learning, growing, and building together.
As a paraplegic wheelchair user, the challenges I face in life—and in business—are many. From managing a factory, operating machines, sourcing materials, to coordinating logistics and travel, every step comes with added complexity. But determination keeps me going, and it is the dedication of my incredible team that makes our success possible.
This award is not just a personal achievement—it is a recognition of our collective effort, resilience, and the spirit of inclusive entrepreneurship. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Shamim Rafeek Sir and the Eagle community for this meaningful encouragement.
